Letter to Candidates

I understand that considering a career change is a huge decision in one’s life and that there are many factors that go into this decision. I do not take my role in this lightly. My priority is to help my candidates find the best fit for them professionally while also realizing that their family and personal life is just as important.

I take my cues from my candidates. I really try to understand what is important to them in their next position and practice. On several occasions, I have been asked how can I want what is best for my candidates when the practice owners are my clients. The answer is easy. I care. If my candidates are not happy, I am not happy. And that will not do.

I strive to treat candidates with respect, honesty and confidentiality. I want to make their lives better.

I enjoy this work tremendously and I appreciate that my candidates allow me into their lives.
